In the morning, the sculpture of Andromeda was hung above the flag staircase on the west façade of the parliament building. Around noon the installation of the sandstone figure Perseus is planned next to it. Both sculptures were made as sculptural reconstructions. It is planned to install eight more attic figures on the Landtag, including a restored original sculpture. This was made possible by a large donation received by the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation (SPSG) in 2017. Since 2016, five attic sculptures of formerly 76 figures, which had formerly decorated the city palace, have been installed on the parliament building.
