Foto de stock - Reportage on organic producers working using a community-shared agriculture model in Haute-Savoie, France. Rémi has been an organic fruit and vegetable grower since 2011. In 2013 he was contacted by some consumers to create a community-supported agriculture model. He grows 35 types of vegetables throughout the year and only works with a local distribution network: selling directly to consumers. As well as working with organic agriculture, he is setting up a permaculture system. Permaculture is a set of practices aimed at creating low-energy consumption agriculture, which respects living beings and their relationships, by leaving as much space as possible for ?wild? nature. Rémi picks leeks.
